As a former Fortune 50 speechwriter and experienced presenter, Claire is passionate about sharing exciting ideas in a clear and compelling way…using humor and a highly interactive teaching style to keep participants alert and engaged. In each training and consultation, Claire strives to create a spirit of hospitality that puts professionals with diverse backgrounds and learning styles at ease.
A graduate of Rollins College Masters in Counseling program, Claire is an EMDRIA-Approved Trainer and Consultant with years of experience training and facilitating across the U.S., both for the EMDR Institute and as a volunteer for the Trauma Recovery Network/Humanitarian Assistance Program. At home in Orlando, she facilitates the local no-fee EMDR Study Group.
Claire is also an approved Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and finds great joy in leading both therapists and non-therapists through the 8 week journey to greater peace and well-being. She currently works in private practice in Maitland, Florida, where she treats a range of client issues, including complex PTSD and anxiety disorders, using EMDR therapy and mindfulness as part of an integrative trauma-informed, approach.
Reg Morrow Robinson

During her 30 years of practice, Reg has delighted in working with other therapists to create a more resilient and connected community. After 16 years treating the gamut of clinical presentations and populations in a large agency setting, she founded Windermere Counseling, a private practice where she focuses primarily on individuals and couples recovering from trauma and on helping to strengthen relationships. Reg also enjoys providing both Basic and Advanced EMDR training and consultation at all levels. One of her greatest joys is witnessing the personal and professional growth of EMDR clinicians. Reg trained in EMDR in 1995, and completed rigorous EMDR Trainer Training with Dr. Francine Shapiro in 2008. Since then, she has helped hundreds of healing professionals across the country master EMDR Therapy through her work as an EMDR Institute Regional Trainer, Trauma Recovery/Humanitarian Assistance Program Trainer, R-TEP/G-TEP Trainer, EMDRIA Consultant, and Greater Orlando EMDRIA Regional Network Co-Coordinator. Additionally, her enthusiasm for healing relationships propelled Reg to become trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and to achieve Level 3 of Gottman training.
Reg currently sits on two EMDR International Association committees: the EMDRIA Professional Development Committee which creates credentialing standards; and the EMDRIA Regional Coordinator committee, which focuses on the development of healthy professional communities. She has been active AAMFT nationally and locally since graduate school, serving as president of both her student MFT group and the local Orlando, Florida chapter.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Bill has been a therapist in Orlando, Florida for over thirty years. He is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, an EMDR Basic Trainer for TRN/HAP, facilitates basic EMDR trainings for the EMDR Institute, and is an EMDR R-TEP/G-TEP trainer – having provided the Orlando training in response to the Pulse nightclub shooting.

Philosophically grounded in the humanistic tradition, Bill utilizes EMDR therapy as his primary modality with great attention to attachment injury and early life trauma. In an independent practice setting treating adults, Bill seeks to remove obstacles to growth; allowing clients to live more freely in the present while engendering greater hope for the future.
Cherilyn Rowland Petrie

Cherilyn became a Florida Qualified Supervisor in 2006 and was credentialed as an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant 2013. She is an adjunct faculty member at the Rollins College Masters in Counseling program, where she teaches a seminar on Treating Adult Trauma Survivors.
For 20 years, Cherilyn worked as a therapist and then Clinical Supervisor for the Mental Health Team at Kids House, a Children’s Advocacy Center in Seminole County, Florida. There, she specialized in using EMDR Therapy to treat children and adolescents who have experienced early trauma, attachment injury, and neglect, and who have complex clinical presentations.
Now in private practice, Cherilyn remains committed to training others to meet the needs of these traumatized children. She believes in supporting other professionals as they navigate the learning curve of EMDR Therapy and is excited about helping them find creative and effective ways to intervene in the lives of children. Cherilyn understands the needs of community mental health agencies and the investment they make in training. She is dedicated to helping agencies develop working environments that foster retention of EMDR-trained staff.
With over thirty years of experience working for community agencies, medical practices and in private practice, Mary Jo brings a wide range of clinical experience to her work as an EMDR Training Facilitator and Consultant. Mary Jo is an EMDRIA- Approved Consultant, training Facilitator, and an EMDR Trainer-in-Training. She is also an R-TEP/G-TEP Trainer. Mary Jo is a Qualified Supervisor for the State of Florida, a Certified Addictions Professional, and a Certified Adoptions Competency Therapist. She also sits on the Board of Directors as Vice Chair for Federation of Families of Central Florida, a not-for-profit that empowers, educates and advocates for families with children who have mental health challenges.
Mary Jo utilizes EMDR as her primary therapy. She recognizes how early childhood trauma impacts the quality of life for her clients throughout every stage of life, and she has found that EMDR therapy can facilitate her clients’ natural healing processes. Mary Jo’s ability to create a safe space for exploration and learning enables both her clients and her consultees to stretch and discover their wiser selves.

Jenna Burton, LMHC, is licensed in Florida and Georgia and has a private practice online and and an office in Maitland, Florida. She was EMDR trained in 2004 and is an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant and Basic Training Facilitator. Jenna has worked in various settings including community mental health agencies, therapeutic group homes, and child welfare with diverse clients. She works with children and adults treating Psychosis/Schizophrenia, Autoimmune Disorders, and Complex Trauma.
Jenna has developed skills through specialized trainings including working with children, Dissociation, Addictions, Cultural Competency, and actively engaging in her local EMDR network trainings and study groups. She is also currently an active member of a monthly consultation group developing the ICoNN model with Paul Miller and the Whole Life Review with Katie O’Shea.
Shannon Healy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Qualified Supervisor for mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy in Florida. She was trained in EMDR in 2013 and currently works primarily with adults in her private practice in Maitland, FL. Shannon is a Certified EMDR Therapist, an EMDRIA Consultant in Training and an EMDR Basic Training facilitator for Connect.
Before her second career as a therapist, Shannon was a corporate training and development professional. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to combine her passion for EMDR therapy with her enjoyment of facilitating meaningful learning experiences. Shannon recognizes the importance for therapists to engage with their clients as their authentic and genuine selves, while also demonstrating fidelity to EMDR protocols. She enjoys supporting other therapists as they become more competent, confident and skilled in their EMDR therapy work.
Hilary Bornstein is a Certified EMDR therapist, EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, and EMDR R-TEP/G-TEP training Facilitator. A Central Florida native, she facilitated the no fee sexual assault support group for the Seminole County Sherriff’s Office from 2016-2019 and is the current co-chair of the Greater Orlando Trauma Recovery Network, which commits to providing 5 pro bono EMDR sessions to those impacted by disasters in the community.
In addition to her EMDR Early Intervention work with groups, Hilary specializes in working with individuals dealing with complex trauma, domestic violence, and sexual violence. Her clinical experience includes both community mental health and private practice.
Hilary’s background teaching in both the public school system and higher education shines through in her publications and professional presentations, which have included topics such as: career transitions, domestic violence, perinatal trauma, and trauma in the body. Hilary currently owns a small, group private practice where EMDR is the primary therapy. She believes wholeheartedly in the transformative power of EMDR.
