
Bill Brislin
A counselor for over thirty years in the Orlando area, Bill Brislin enjoys helping individuals reach their highest potential by removing obstacles to growth and healing. He has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, loss, transition, trauma, and sexual abuse.
Bill is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH-4281), a certified EMDR therapist, and certified in clinical hypnosis. Additionally, he is a National Certified Counselor, an EMDRIA “Approved Consultant” in EMDR therapy and a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider.
Through Connect EMDR Training and Consulting, Bill is an EMDRIA approved trainer for EMDR Basic Training and offers advanced workshops and group consultation through Connect EMDR Training and Consulting. Additionally, he is an approved trainer for the EMDR Recent Traumatic Episodes and Group Traumatic Episodes Protocols (R-TEP/G-TEP).
He holds a B. Mus. in Music Therapy and an M.A. in Counseling from The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, and an M.A. in Liturgical Studies from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana.
