Lauran Hahn specializes in anxiety, trauma, and toxic relationships. She is currently offering EMDR intensives.

Lauran is the owner of Mindful Living Counseling located in downtown Orlando. All the therapists at the practice are either EMDR-trained or EMDR Certified.

Lauran is a Certified EMDR therapist, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and an EMDR Facilitator for ConnectEMDR. She is also certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
